Interesting!

9 Things are ok at the moment but that’s because I’m still on the steroids but reducing them now. So hope I don’t descend into pain and stiffness again. At the moment pain is ok and manageable. Roll on the next few days!

ive seen a charity on twitter that are called Independent Age! They need volunteers to phone a lonely old person once a week. So I’ve filled in their form. Here it is www.independentage.org you’ll find the form there.

I also have some information on pain written by a physio which is worth reading. I can say I have done this with my pain and during my recent illnesses. I can say keep going because if you drive through it, it does get better, things do improve. Have alook at this www.trustme-ed.com I found this so interesting!

This is good for all those suffering from aphasia
